Payment Terms
1. Until the £50 deposit is received, no booking, provisional or otherwise is made.Deposit is non refundable.
2. The full remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the wedding date by bank transfer or cash on the day.
Cancellations By Me
1. Once I confirm your booking, the date will be reserved for you. I will attend the date and provide the services agreed. Should any problems arise, you will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable by your preferred method of contact. I will do all that I can to fulfil the obligations to you. However in the unlikely event that the problem renders the performance of my obligations impossible it may be necessary to cancel the booking. Should this occur I will contact you by phone or email and make every effort to assist you in making alternative arrangements. Full refund of any money paid will also be refunded.


Cancellations By You
1. Cancellations between 31 and 60 days from the date of final appointment= cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the booking.

2. Cancellations between 15 and 30 days from the date of the final appointment= cancellation charge equivalent to 75% of the total cost of the booking.
3. Cancellations within 14 days of the final appointment= cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking.
4. Should the client wish to cancel this booking at any stage, written notice must be given to contact@lauraandersonbridalhair.co.uk Cancellation will take effect from the date of receipt of the written cancellation and you will receive written confirmation of your cancellation and any cancellation charges that may have been levied.
5. The cancellation fee is payable within 7 days from the date of cancellation.
